Tomorrow I leave for LA, to attend the CrossFit Games for the third year in a row.

Not as a participant, but to cheer on "my" athletes, as part of what I do is to advise elite athletes on how to eat and live to compete at the very highest level.

Some of those athletes are CrossFitters, hence I go every year I have qualified athletes to cheer them on and help them with advice in between each gruelling workout.

(I am also going, because I am doing a rather cool event at CrossFit Games together with PurePharma, who are one of the few quality brands I collaborate with.)

I see so much wrong information out there about sports nutrition and sports nutrition supplements.

Not just for CrossFit, but for all the different sports and disciplines the athletes I help compete in, such as triathlon, road cycling, long distance running, athletics, boxing, MMA, medium distance running, swimming, rowing, natural body building, figure fitness, strong man/woman, KettleBells, gymnastics, parkour and yoga, to name a few.

I help the athletes I work with 1-to-1 navigate in that sea of information and misinformation, enabling them to only do things and use supplements, that will actually benefit them and be worth their time, while and money.
