Subject: ARE YOU INTO CROSSFIT? THEN MY COMING E-COURSE IS JUST THE THING FOR YOU

Læser,

Tomorrow I leave for LA, to attend the CrossFit Games for the third year in a row.

Not as a participant, but to cheer on "my" athletes, as part of what I do is to advise elite athletes on how to eat and live to compete at the very highest level.

Some of those athletes are CrossFitters, hence I go every year I have qualified athletes to cheer them on and help them with advice in between each gruelling workout.

(I am also going, because I am doing a rather cool event at CrossFit Games together with PurePharma, who are one of the few quality brands I collaborate with.)

I see so much wrong information out there about sports nutrition and sports nutrition supplements.

Not just for CrossFit, but for all the different sports and disciplines the athletes I help compete in, such as triathlon, road cycling, long distance running, athletics, boxing, MMA, medium distance running, swimming, rowing, natural body building, figure fitness, strong man/woman, KettleBells, gymnastics, parkour and yoga, to name a few.

I help my athletes I work with 1-to-1 navigate in that sea of information and misinformation, enabling them to only do things and use supplements, that will actually benefit them and be worth their time, while and money.

I HAVE MADE MY FIRST ENGLISH LANGUAGE E-COURSE • SPORTS NUTRITION FOR CROSSFIT: WHAT TO EAT, DRINK AND WHAT SUPPLEMENTS TO USE TO EXCEL

Join the presale list for my e-course "Sports nutrition for Crossfitters: What to eat, what to drink and what supplements to take to Excel" and get early bird pricing, cool freebies from the e-course and my video on how to survive Murph (a Crossfit special consisting of running 1 mile, doing 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats and then running another mile…all wearing a weighted west).

WOULD YOU LIKE TO WORK WITH ME 1-ON-1?

As mentioned, I work with a number of talented and dedicated athletes across many different disciplines from all over the world.

Crossfit, boxing, triathlon, medium- and long-distance running, athletics, rowing, MMA, road cycling, mountain biking, football, natural bodybuilding and figure fitness and a few other sports as well.

They are either professionals or dedicated amateurs, who want to win or just do very well.

Some are juniors, some are seniors, some are in-between. I currently have elite athletes between 15 and 49 that I work with.

To mention a few names and teams (current and former): Julie Foucher, Kristin Holte, Team Saxo Bank before it became Team Tinkoff Bank, Evans Ashira Oure, Sofie Kirkegaard, Luke Mayben, Crossfit Copenhagen's elite team, Kristina Dybdahl, FC Brøndby…

We either meet live in Denmark or communicate by Skype, FaceTime or similar means, depending on your location.

I help my athletes optimize their nutrition and supplementation, improve performance, enhance recovery, get over injuries faster, identify unused potential, find ways around weak spots, avoid overtraining and recover from it, deal with medical issues, evaluate all the emerging knowledge, diets and technologies and all sorts of testing (medical, biochemical, nutritional, genetic and medical imaging).

Hence my nickname "The Danish Food Doctor".

Exactly what we do depends on who you are, what you need and what we identify as important and worth your while.

My price is DKK 2.000,00 ex. VAT per hour.

Several of my athletes purchase time banks ahead of time, which gives them everything from a 10% to 20% discount depending on how many hours they prepay.

So if you want to work with me 1-on-1, please do contact me by sending an e-mail to um@umahro.com and tell me more about yourself.
